Orebic
naturist beach
(sent on Aug 10th, 2003)
Submitted
by: Manuela
& Tomek from Croatia
Name
of the beach: Orebic
Location of the beach: Orebic on Peljesac
peninsula
How
to get there: The beach can be
reached either by car or by foot in the direction
of Perna (next town) after passing the last hotel
in Orebic.
Description:
This beach is a complete catastrophe! It is located
right next to the main road. It is a 'wild' beach
that is neither marked nor cleaned. The terrrain
is rocky with patches of pebbles and smaller stones.
The sea is full of urchins and it is certainly not
appropriate for families with small children. Due
to the fact that it is not marked, there is not
clear border between textiles and naturalists, hence
it is pretty mixed. If you want to experience a
wonderful Croatian holiday with the country's lovely
nature and peacful surroundings, Orebić is a place
you want to AVOID!
