Name
of the beach: Slatina
Location of the beach: Martinscica village, the island
of Cres
How to get there: The beach is located near auto camping Slatina, just north of Martinscica. From the main road on the island of Cres turn toward Martinscica and then drive straight ahead following signs for Slatina camping. There is a free parking in front of the entrance of the camping where you can park your car. Walk through the main entrance and continue down the coast and then turn right. After mobile homes area you will come to the fence with sign on the door "FKK Naturist". Open the door and there you are.
The naturist beach can be also reached by foot from the village itself.

Description:
It is an official naturist beach but without any facilities, only a magically clean, clear and warm sea and beautiful nature. All facilities (showers, market, toilette etc.) can be found at the nearby camping. If you don't feel like walking to the camping whenever you need something, bring with you everything you need for a perfect day at the beach.
From the entrance with "FKK Naturist" sign a dirt path takes you along the coast. I wouldn't recommend it for people with mobility problems. The path takes you a long way along the coast, sometimes over some pretty sharp rocks, and the whole area is used by naturists. More popular parts of the beach are located nearer to the camping and further areas are perfect for those looking for peace and quiet and maybe for romantic souls.
The beach is made of several beautiful pebbly areas and rocky parts. Pebbly beaches have a nice gradual entrance into the sea. The sea is extremely clean and clear, perfect for snorkeling.
Although above the whole beach there is a dense forest, there are only few suitable areas to place yourself in the shade and they get occupied early in the morning. Except some parts in the early morning, pebble areas are exposed to the sun a whole day, so beach umbrella is essential.
In August, the beach is pretty busy, but there is always enough free place to
settle yourself.
I am glad this beach has been added to Cronatur web site, because it is one of the pretties naturist beaches
I have visited and would definitively recommend it.
Thanks
