How
to get there: From the port of Sobra it is precisely
13.900 meters to the village Saplunara which is
15 minutes drive. From village Saplunara there is
newly built 900 meters macadam road to reach Laguna
Blace where is round parking place. From there,
the end of the road there is 180 meters between
pine trees downhill to the Laguna Blace cca 1 km
long sandy beach. By the parking place there are
3 houses where locals fisherman could offer you
lunch, local wine, home made cheese, smoked ham
or fresh fish, or domestic eggs with forgotten tasteful
for western people.

Description:
Our
first view was of an idyllic lagoon with a deserted
500 metres sandy beach like something from the Caribbean.
Sadly on closer inspection parts of the beach were
spoilt by the amount of rubbish washed in from the
sea along with small pieces of tar. That said, we
still found a clear area of beach to use and two
days in a row we had the beach to ourselves.
Apparently, the local authority periodically clear
it up. This could be one of Europe's finest beaches
if it was looked after. Of course the danger might
be if it ever became too commercilised.
Thanks
